Approval of samples is the client’s responsibility before proceeding to bulk production.

Texora Sourcing is not liable for delays caused by third-party manufacturers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Quality Control
We perform quality checks at various stages of production.
However, minor variations in color, fabric, or finishing may occur in bulk production.
Final approval is based on agreed samples and production standards.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.
Texora Sourcing does not process payments directly through the website.
Any delays in payment may affect production timelines.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and depend on logistics providers.
Texora Sourcing is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.
Clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import regulations.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Order cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible.
Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
