Texora Sourcing helps startup and growing clothing brands produce custom garments through a clear low MOQ production process. From tech pack review and order confirmation to pre-production sampling, bulk production, QC, packing, and shipment, every step is handled with practical manufacturing guidance.
We support orders from 100 pieces per color per style, with a minimum total order quantity of 500 pieces per production program. Standalone one-piece samples are not offered because custom sampling requires separate fabric, pattern, print, machine, and accessory development.
Sample Policy
A custom garment sample is not just one stitched piece. It requires a separate development process involving pattern work, fabric arrangement, print or embroidery setup, machine preparation, trims, labels, finishing, and shipping.
For low MOQ production, the first sample is made as a pre-production sample after order confirmation. This allows us to develop the garment properly as part of the confirmed production program.
Each custom style needs pattern work before cutting and stitching can begin.
Even for one sample, fabric sourcing or sample fabric charges may apply.
Screen prints, films, screens, embroidery files, and placements require separate setup.
Different stitch operations need different machine, thread, and operator preparation.
Production Workflow
Our process is built to keep low MOQ garment production clear, structured, and practical. Every confirmed order moves through these key stages before dispatch.
We review your garment style, fabric, GSM, colors, size chart, print files, trims, labels, packaging, and quantity breakdown.
We confirm whether your program fits our MOQ structure: 100 pieces per color per style, with a minimum total order of 500 pieces.
Once pricing, quantity, and details are confirmed, we receive your purchase order and advance payment to start the program.
We begin arranging fabrics, trims, labels, packaging materials, pattern development, print setup, and production planning.
We create a pre-production sample to check fit, stitching, fabric, print or embroidery placement, trims, and overall finishing.
After sample approval, we start bulk stitching and produce the order according to the approved sample and purchase order.
The garments are checked, thread trimmed, ironed, folded, packed, carton boxed, and prepared for final shipment.
After the remaining balance is completed, we connect the shipment to the agreed courier, freight forwarder, or logistics partner.
Important Production Note
Low MOQ custom garment production works best when every detail is clearly confirmed in the tech pack before we begin sourcing, pattern work, printing, embroidery, and production preparation.
Private Label Requirements
Full private labeling is possible for confirmed production orders, but it cannot usually be arranged for one standalone sample piece. Labels, tags, stickers, and custom packaging are produced by separate accessory suppliers, and each supplier has its own minimum order quantity.
Custom woven labels usually require bulk production and cannot be made as a single piece.
Branded hang tags often require minimum printing quantities from the accessory supplier.
Printed or branded polybags may require 500, 1,000, or more pieces depending on the supplier.
Custom stickers, barcode labels, and packing details need to be planned as part of the order.
Pre-Production Sample
After order confirmation, we create a pre-production sample to check the garment before bulk stitching begins. This sample helps confirm the fit, measurements, stitching, fabric usage, print or embroidery placement, trims, labels, and overall finishing.
Once the sample is approved, the bulk order will be produced according to the approved sample, confirmed tech pack, and purchase order.
Quality Check & Inspection
Every low MOQ custom production order goes through practical checking before packing. Since garments are made through multiple manual processes, minor variations can happen. Our goal is to identify genuine defects, correct what can be corrected, and prepare the shipment responsibly.
We check the garments for visible defects, stitching issues, finishing concerns, packing accuracy, and basic order matching before carton boxing.
Buyers may hire a third-party inspection service before dispatch. This is recommended for brands that need an extra layer of final QC before shipment.
If genuine defective pieces are found, we review them and correct or replace them where possible using available production pieces.
Refunds are generally not possible once fabrics, accessories, print work, labels, packaging, or production processes have already been completed. If there is a genuine issue, we will discuss a fair solution with the buyer. In some cases, future order adjustments may be offered after mutual agreement.
Buyer Fit
Low MOQ custom production is a practical entry point for new brands, but it still requires commitment, planning, and realistic expectations. This program is best suited for buyers who are ready to move forward with a confirmed production order.
We support startup brands with practical MOQs, but every custom production program must be commercially workable for the factory, suppliers, and sourcing team involved.
Find answers to common questions about Texora Sourcing’s low MOQ garment sourcing process, standalone sample policy, pre-production samples, private labeling, production changes, QC, and shipment support from India.
No. We do not offer standalone one-piece samples before order confirmation. A custom garment sample requires separate pattern development, fabric arrangement, print or embroidery setup, machine preparation, trims, labels, finishing, and shipping. For this reason, sampling is handled as part of a confirmed production program.
Our low MOQ program starts from 100 pieces per color per style, with a minimum total order quantity of 500 pieces per production program. For example, this can be 5 colors × 100 pieces, 2 colors × 250 pieces, or 1 color × 500 pieces.
One custom sample is not just one stitched garment. It may require fabric sourcing, pattern work, cutting, screen print films, screens, embroidery setup, multiple machine setups, thread setup, finishing, and private label coordination. These processes are built for production, not single-piece development.
Yes. After the purchase order and advance payment are confirmed, we create a pre-production sample. This sample is used to check fit, measurements, stitching, fabric usage, print or embroidery placement, label placement, trims, and overall finishing before bulk stitching starts.
Fit, measurement, pattern, stitch, or placement corrections can be reviewed before bulk stitching begins. However, changes to already procured or produced items, such as dyed fabric, confirmed colors, printed panels, labels, tags, or packaging materials, may not be possible.
Yes. We support private label branding for confirmed production orders. This can include woven labels, neck labels, hang tags, size labels, stickers, and packaging materials. However, these accessories usually have their own supplier MOQs and cannot normally be produced for one standalone sample piece.
Please share your tech pack, garment reference images, fabric type, GSM, color details, size chart, print or embroidery files, quantity breakdown by color and size, label requirements, packaging details, and target shipment requirements. Clear details help reduce delays and production confusion.
This program is best suited for serious startup brands, small clothing labels, boutique brands, D2C brands, and buyers who are ready to begin with a confirmed low MOQ production order. It is not suitable for buyers looking for one-piece custom sampling, full private labeling for one sample, or unlimited changes without production commitment.
Share your tech pack, order quantity, fabric details, artwork files, size breakdown, and private label requirements with Texora Sourcing. We will review your program, confirm the production possibilities, and guide you through the next steps for low MOQ garment sourcing from India.
